Neuropsychological Assessment

Neuropsychological Assessment | Independent Educational evaluations | Reassessments | College Accommodations | Young Adult Evaluations | Adult Evaluations

  • Comprehensive, strength-based, holistic evaluations of neurocognitive, learning, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning.

  • Our goal is to work together to understand you or your child’s, teen’s, or young adult’s areas of strengths and weaknesses and to create a roadmap to the best possible outcomes at school, in the workplace, and in life. Every individual is unique, and we want to capture and build upon those areas in which someone does well to help facilitate effective support, strategies, and intervention.

  • Children, adolescents, and adults are often either self-referred or referred by their teacher, doctor, parent, school psychologist, or other professional.

  • We see cases related to:

    • Learning disorders (such as difficulty with reading, writing, and math)

    • Attentional disorders (such as ADHD)

    • Psychological functioning (such as anxiety, depression)

    • Developmental disorders

    • Cognitive deficits associated with medical problems (including traumatic brain injuries, seizure disorders, and genetic disorders)

    • Great understanding of neurodiversity including Autism Spectrum Disorder or difficulties with social skills or social pragmatics

    • Accommodations evaluations for standardized testing (SAT, ACT, AP, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, USMLE)

    • Greater understanding of one’s own learning style or pattern of strengths and weaknesses
